Developed for employers with 25 or more employees, our personalized program is a virtual or in-person enrollment service that uses licensed benefit counselors to offer guidance to employees on all of the benefits available to them, including medical insurance.

Employees select a session time online according to their schedule during the enrollment process.

What are the requirements to offer this?

To offer the 1:1 enrollment experience, an employer must:

    Offer at least one Guardian voluntary benefit.

  • 2

    Complete setup at least three weeks prior to the enrollment period (after all required information is received).

    Utilize an online enrollment platform or Guardian Enrollment powered by Flock.
