Careers in India
At our two campuses in India, employees play a pivotal role in driving our business.
When you join us, you’ll have rewarding, purpose-driven experiences that enrich your career — and your future.
Whether we’re on the go or in one of our creative and collaborative workspaces, we work together to serve our customers across our network in the United States, Canada, and India — wherever and whenever they need.
Being a leader in diversity is nothing new to Guardian – in fact, it’s the foundation of our history when a group of immigrants joined together to provide equitable access to life insurance. Now, more than 160 years later, we’re evolving this commitment by accelerating our work to integrate equity and inclusion across everything we do – both inside and outside our company.
Since our founding as a mutual insurer in 1860, we’ve made a positive difference in people’s lives not only through our insurance and financial products, but also by thoughtful investments in our communities.
Guardian’s 10-week summer internship program focuses on building critical skills and making meaningful contributions while interns are immersed in our business and develop a supportive professional network.
Important Notice
Fake internship/job offers
We have been made aware of internship and job scams offered through faked LinkedIn, Indeed, and/or other social media accounts. This fraudulent activity may take several forms, but often involves fraudsters mimicking a legitimate company email or website by using similar domain extensions, trademarks, logos, and web design as the original company, and they also may impersonate current staff in public facing positions (e.g., human resources employees) to confuse victims into believing the fraudster’s solicitations to be legitimate. Please be advised that Guardian and our affiliates do not ask for personally identifiable information such as social security numbers, date of birth, or other data except through our secure Workday system following a confirmed offer. We also do not issue checks or other advanced payments for the purchase of work supplies, nor do we request prospective employees to return any remaining balance related to any such purported advanced payments. We recommend you disregard and/or delete any such fake requests. If you would like to report any fraudulent activity to the FBI, please contact your local FBI Field Office and/or report the details regarding the incident to the FBI’s Internet Crimes Complaint Center (IC3) at www.IC3.gov or the National Intellectual Property Rights Coordination Center (IPR Center) at www.iprcenter.gov. To report fraudulent activity to Guardian, please click here and the issue will be reviewed by our security team. Thank you and stay safe.
