If you're a new provider or a current provider just in need of a refresher, there are a few things you'll want to do right away to ensure your experience is the best it can be. We've put together this list to get you started, but know that we're always just a phone call away should you need assistance.

1. Register for and explore the Guardian Anytime portal
Select “health care provider” from the options presented and click “Start registration” to get started. (Note: You can find your Provider ID in your welcome email.)
2. Ensure your information in our DentalGuard Network Directory is accurate.
This will help ensure your name and office appear correctly when patients with Guardian Dental coverage search for an in-network dentist. See the FAQ section below for how to report inaccurate information.
3. Submit your first claim!
The easiest way to submit a claim is through our self-service portal. We also accept electronic claims through vynedental.com/chg-payer and DentalXChange. Claims can be mailed to the address in the FAQ section at the bottom of this page.
4. Refer other dental practices to join the Guardian network!
Encourage potential referrals to fill out the Join Our Network form, and we’ll take it from there.

Let them know you accept Guardian
Letting your current (and future) patients know that you now accept Guardian Insurance is an important aspect of keeping a healthy practice. And, to help in your efforts, we've prepared several images and short copy options that you're welcome to use on your social channels to do just that.

Educate your patients

Visit GuardianLife.com or go to the top of this page and select Register and login. You will need your provider ID from your welcome letter. Then select register again, choose Guardian Anytime, choose healthcare provider, select start registration, read and agree to the Healthcare Professional Agreement. You can verify eligibility, check claims status, sign up for direct deposit and much more!
Once a provider is in the network, they will be added to Guardian Anytime, Providers can inform their patients that they now are contracted with Guardian.
Non-Guardian Employees can be mailed to PO BOX 981572, El Paso, TX 79998, or submit through Guardian Anytime’s secure channel.
An individual provider can change their office address, phone/fax number, office hours, and plan participation or provider information online via the Find a Provider section of the Guardian Life website.
To make a change, search and click through to your office page and then click “Report Inaccurate Information” on the top right of the page.
Any additional changes can be made by contacting CRU at the number below.
Guardian Anytime, our self-service portal, can be accessed via computer or mobile device using Chrome.

Complete the User ID and Password fields, then click Sign in.
You have opted to allow discounts on non-covered services by voluntarily accepting the Opt-In Provision, fee schedule amounts will apply to all non-covered services for covered individuals. This will apply to all office locations at which you participate in our network. Should you wish to opt out, please contact the Customer Response Unit at 1-800-890-4774.
You may only see patients covered by these programs once you have obtained your Medicare and/or Medicaid identification number. Georgia providers who elect to participate in a Medicaid Managed Care program must be credentialed by this State prior to seeing patients; Guardian does not perform the credentialing for Georgia Medicaid programs. Upon completion of the system setup, you will receive your Provider Identification Number (PIN) and instructions to file claims for services rendered on or after your effective date is received for those plans.
Guardian’s digital assistant, Hugo, provides instant access to your patients’ information. Simply enter the member ID or claim number – you can even look up multiple claims at once! You can search by date, month or multiple dates and see the patient’s entire claims history. Hugo can be accessed on Guardian Anytime so be sure to register.
