Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), available through Uprise Health, offers confidential services for a variety of important needs – all to support employee well-being and help them think, feel, and perform their best.

Our EAP is designed to be accessible from anywhere, on a desktop, mobile, or other connected device. Features include:
- Bite-sized trainings
- Online assessment to check well-being
- Personalized care and service recommendations
- Skills training to develop resilience, stress management, and mental fitness
- Up to three sessions with a behavioral health coach via phone, or unlimited asynchronous chat
- 24/7 access to AI chatbot “Tess” for emotional support and check-ins to boost wellness
- Unlimited, 24/7 telephonic consultations with master’s and doctoral-level counselors
