2020 presented challenges that were felt by all of us. In the face of uncertainty, we reaffirmed our commitment to our customers by ensuring that there was no impact on the quality of our service and adjusting policies to accommodate the realities of the pandemic. We prioritized our employees’ safety and transitioned to remote working with one day’s notice. And we strengthened our focus on diversity and inclusion against the backdrop of renewed action for racial equity and social justice.
