EMMA™ (Enrollment Mapping and Management Application) is a revolutionary solution that makes enrollment data administration simpler, faster, and more accurate. EMMA uses smart-mapping technology to help you upload, validate, and submit information on multiple members at a time directly to Guardian—with no errors, no missing data, and no back and forth. With EMMA, one of the hardest parts of enrollment data administration will now be simpler.
EMMA is for cases of all sizes and can be used for initial enrollment, adding new coverages, open enrollment and changes. You can also use EMMA to download a full census file at anytime.
How EMMA works:
EMMA accepts your existing file. If you do not have a member census file, EMMA provides a configured initial census template with only the data needed based on your plan. Existing customers can download an enrolled census as a starting point to make changes and updates.
