For certain leaves, we send employees a brief questionnaire to collect key dates and information used to build out a personalized dashboard. This gives them checklists and a visual journey to understand important steps, access to GuardianWell™ to view relevant articles and use their wellness benefits, and the ability to file their claim directly in the dashboard.

An employee's claims manager, nurse case manager, and vocational rehabilitation specialist will help support their recovery and assess when and if they can return to work. If they'll need workplace accommodations upon their return, this team will also help facilitate a smooth transition.
