This self-service website is accessible 24/7 so you can access critical information to help support your patients and practice, whenever you need it. Register or log in.

You can use Guardian Anytime to: 

  1. Conduct eligibility and verification of benefits.

  2. Submit a pre-determination for treatments expected to cost $300 or more. 

  3. View claim status for existing claims.

Frequently asked questions and helpful resources to download

Visit guardianlife.com or go to the top of this page and select 'Log in.' You will need your provider ID from your welcome letter. Then select register again, choose Guardian Anytime, choose healthcare provider, select start registration, and read and agree to the healthcare professional agreement. You can verify eligibility, check claims status, sign up for direct deposit, and much more!

Once a provider is in the network, they will be added to Guardian Anytime. Providers can inform their patients they are now contracted with Guardian.

We've transitioned to digital ID cards so patients can start using their benefits immediately and ensure their information is always up to date and easily accessible. Plus, you're able to easily verify benefits online in just minutes at Guardian Anytime without a member ID.

Mail documents to P.O. BOX 981572, El Paso, TX 79998, or submit through Guardian Anytime’s secure channel. Guardian employee documents would be mailed to P.O. BOX 981573, El Paso, TX 79998.

An individual provider can change their office address, phone/fax number, office hours, plan participation, or provider information online via the Find a Provider section of guardianlife.com.

To make a change, search and click through to your office page and then click “Report Inaccurate Information” on the top right of the page.

Any additional changes can be made by contacting our customer response unit at 800-890-4774.

Guardian Anytime, our self-service portal, can be accessed via computer or mobile device using Chrome.

For external customers registered in Guardian Anytime:

  • Access guardianlife.com.

  • Click 'Log in.'

  • Complete the User ID and Password fields, then click 'Sign in.'

You have opted to allow discounts on non-covered services by voluntarily accepting the opt-in provision. Fee schedule amounts will apply to all non-covered services for covered individuals. This will apply to all office locations at which you participate in our network. Should you wish to opt out, please contact our customer response unit at 800-890-4774.

You may only see patients covered by these programs once you have obtained your Medicare and/or Medicaid identification number. Georgia providers who elect to participate in a Medicaid Managed Care program must be credentialed by this state prior to seeing patients. Guardian does not perform the credentialing for Georgia Medicaid programs. Upon completion of the system setup, you will receive your Provider Identification Number (PIN) and instructions to file claims for services rendered on or after your effective date is received for those plans.

Guardian’s digital assistant, Hugo, can provide instant access to this information. Simply enter the patient's name, member ID, or claim number — you can even look up multiple claims at once! You can search by date, month, or multiple dates and see the patient’s entire claims history. Hugo can be accessed on Guardian Anytime so be sure to register.

When you need to refer your patient to specialist, try to select an in-network provider. This way, your patient can receive more savings on important care and may be more satisfied with you as a provider.
