Wendy Wahl is Chief Marketing Officer at The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian). In this role, she leads 100+ colleagues to develop high impact marketing solutions that will inspire consumer well-being and drive Guardian’s growth.
Wendy brings nearly 30 years of experience across all disciplines of marketing, working in-house and as a consultant for some of the world’s largest companies. Prior to joining Guardian, she was Vice President, Commercial Marketing at CVS Health for three years, where she led marketing strategy and implementation for the $23B Commercial Business, including member experience for their 49 million members.
Prior to CVS Health/Aetna, Wendy served in numerous leadership roles at Aetna including Head of Enterprise Marketing, CMO of the Consumer Business, and Head of Marketing for multiple wholly owned B2B companies and joint ventures. She also has an extensive consulting background in the healthcare, insurance, and technology industries as an executive vice president for marketing and advertising stalwarts Omnicom and Publicis.
Wendy serves on the board of directors for Connecticut FoodShare to help support her community. She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Textual Studies.
