Access to a personalized informational dashboard

Guardian LeaveAssist℠ simplifies what many expecting parents view as the unknown around maternity and bonding leaves. After completing a brief questionnaire so we can collect key dates and information for an employee's parental journey, they have access to a personalized dashboard. This gives expecting or new parents:

  • Checklists

    To help them prepare for their leave and return to work, including important dates to know for filing claims.

  • Visual journey

    A detailed picture of their maternity or bonding leave to help better understand each step.

  • Helpful articles and resources

    Direct access to GuardianWell™, which provides relevant pregnancy and parenting articles along with access to all of their Guardian wellness benefits.

  • Access to file a claim

    When they're ready, employees can file their maternity or bonding claim — including providing their delivery and return-to-work dates — directly within their dashboard.
