Holistic well-being support for employees facing cancer

Approximately 45% of people diagnosed with cancer in the US are 20 to 64 years old — the traditional working age.1 The good news is, today there are more resources than ever to help employees facing cancer feel more empowered in navigating their diagnosis with confidence. With tailored support and personalized resources, together we can help improve the care experience for employees.

Well-being, built right in

We’ve partnered with Osara Health to make cancer support services available to your employees. Using a combination of knowledge and technology, you can help to provide the well-being support they may need. The program is embedded in our long-term disability offering, so employees with a cancer diagnosis may have access to empathic, personalized, and confidential support that can help increase their likelihood of returning to a fulfilling lifestyle.2 The cancer support program has been designed for all employees, regardless of cancer type or stage.

Support available

  • Dedicated health coach

    One-on-one coaching for holistic support, education, and guidance with scheduled calls over  6-12 weeks that works around employees’ schedule. 

  • Digital resource modules

    Weekly resources sent directly to individuals, covering the key areas of cancer self-management as developed by Osara Health’s clinical research team. 

  • Tailored well-being information

    Access to the Osara Health app to track symptoms and access tailored and verified well-being content.
