Guardian Named a Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality
​Guardian received a perfect score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign's Corporate Equality Index​, which rates companies on their treatment of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning (LGBTQ) colleagues, consumers and investors. As a result, we have earned a place on HRC's list of 2021 Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality. This is the fifth consecutive year that Guardian has received this important recognition.

The Individual Markets Life and Disability Contact Center teams received the 2020 Insurance Service Award; the Park Avenue Securities team ​received the 2020 Financial Intermediary Service Award; and the Annuity (Retirement) Contact Center earned the 2020 Annuity Service Award and is ranked #1 in the program.​ In addition, our Life Contact Center has received the J.D. Power Award for Outstanding Service. ​​
