Accident insurance

Be there for employees before they get tripped up
Accident insurance can help prepare your employees to handle an unexpected accident, say a trip or fall, with financial confidence. Easing stress and worry, while ensuring they can get the physical care they need.

Child organized sports benefit

Guardian’s Accident Insurance also comes with an organized sports benefit feature for children. This pays an additional benefit (up to 25%) if an employee's dependent child is accidently injured while playing an organized sport.1 Especially helpful since almost one-third of all injuries incurred in childhood are sports-related injuries.2

A built-in wellness benefit can play a pivotal role in helping employees stay healthy

Encourage employees to stay on top of their physical health and well-being. The benefit pays employees once a year when they complete certain health-related activities.3 Even if the cost of those tests were originally covered by other insurance. That benefit payment helps motivate employees to go for routine, highly valued screenings such as an EKG or mammography. Share the following to help ensure they take advantage.
