Spring Health will send out on the first Tuesday following the plan effective date (date that benefits launch).

Spring Health will send out to new hires.

First Tuesday after benefits launch - Launch activation email

Spring Health will send out to non-enrolled employees to remind them of their benefits.

Quarterly post launch - Activation reminder email

Spring Health will email (Family and Medical Leave/Leave of Absence only) and Guardian will send out a flyer on mental wellness benefits included in claim packages to Leave of Absence, Life and Supplemental Health claimants, along with Disability claimants who submit their claim via paper.
