Producer Workspace

It was another year of strong progress in enhancing your experience with our Producer Workspace in Guardian Online (GOL). Our goal is to centralize and integrate your most important tools and information, so you spend less time logging in and switching between applications and more time focused on your clients.

Two new views to streamline your experience

Our biggest accomplishment in 2024 was the addition of two new views that pull together and sync apps, tools, and data into single comprehensive screens.

The Customer view provides a 360-degree look at your customer. It provides easy access to key data points as well as actionable insights to help you uncover and meet additional planning needs. Data viewable here includes:

• Contacts

• All product holdings across all product lines

• Notes and Advice Notes

• Appointments

• Tasks

• Insights on additional opportunities based on customer demographics and products they already own

We fully delivered Customer view in the first half of 2024. Feedback has been very positive, and we continue to promote these new capabilities to boost your efficiency and productivity.

We also introduced the Home view. Think of this as your daily hub, outlining your daily at-a-glance to-do list. It syncs all calendars and appointments and provides streamlined access to virtual meeting invites. In addition to client-specific tasks from the Customer view, it includes other types of tasks, along with hot links to any frequently used tools, such as life illustrations.

Looking ahead to 2025

Next year, you’ll see additional integrations with more tools — New Business, eApplication and DI illustrations. We’ll continue to introduce new enhancements to ensure the Producer Workspace helps you manage your day, reduce your time on administrative tasks, and empowers you with insights to help you grow your business.
