Meet Ronnie

Pride in family, pride in belonging

Ronnie Welch is chief audit executive and co-executive sponsor of the Pride employee resource group (ERG). When it came time to build his family, Ronnie and his husband, Andrew, were proud to share their adoption journey with his colleagues. Guardian was there to support them — from adoption assistance to backup care to parental leave. Ronnie and Andrew even utilized pet care benefits for their two dogs while at meetings with the adoption agency.
