Inclusion & diversity
We are committed to continuing to grow an inclusive and diverse workplace.

Benefits of an entrepreneurial system
Our dedication to entrepreneurship means that while we teach a shared financial philosophy, you will build your business in a way that feels authentic to you, based on your cultural perspective and serving the clients and community that you want to reach.
As a financial representative with The Guardian Network®:
You are at the forefront of helping communities gain Financial Balance® and build generational wealth.
Your efforts can change the world by being a part of the solution to close wealth gaps that exist in our communities.
Your drive, passion and commitment will determine your success.
Your career path is defined by you, your success and where you want to go.
Inclusion and diversity commitment in our firms
Supporting our field leadership teams

Supporting our financial representatives
Our FRs are provided a wealth of resources including translated marketing materials, market-specific materials, networking opportunities and idea sharing. Additionally, FRs have access to a library of materials for holiday greetings, social media content, and other client engagement tools
Every other month, FRs have the opportunity to connect and share best practices through our Asian Alliance Network, the Black FR Network, the Hispanic Networking Group, the LGBTQ+ Allies group, and the Women's Empowerment Community.
We offer our FRs the support to attend training and development opportunities throughout the year, both Guardian-specific and industry-wide such as:
Guardian’s Women’s Empowerment Summit
Sponsorship of InvestmentNews Women Advisor Summit
Sponsorship of Conference of African American Financial Professionals

Our shared values come from the top down
At Guardian, our commitment to inclusion and diversity has been a part of who we are since we were founded over 160 years ago. More than an ideal, inclusion and diversity is a vital part of how we do business and is ingrained in our culture and our values.
we do the right thing
we believe people count
we courageously shape the future together
we go above and beyond for the people we serve
At Guardian, every individual — from our Executive Leadership Team and employees, to our field and brokers — lives these values and they drive every decision, project, and initiative.
Inclusion and diversity is about more than having a diverse workforce; it is about ensuring that all those who choose to join the Guardian family, feel supported, respected, comfortable and confident that they can show up authentically at work.
We are proud of our history and the progress we have made to create an inclusive work environment for all. Inclusion and diversity though, is a journey, and not a point in time. We recognize that the world in which we live is constantly evolving and understand that our future path will need to evolve with it.
We understand that increasing diversity among our employees and firms isn’t just the right thing to do, it is paramount to affecting positive change in our society. That broader and more diverse minds and perspectives make a business, and the world, better.
