  • Predeterminations: These tell employees if a service is covered. And give an estimate of what the carrier will pay. And what they'll be responsible for. Helping them avoid surprise costs ahead of time.

  • Spending accounts: Like Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) give the option of putting pre-tax paycheck dollars aside to pay for qualified out-of-pocket health expenses, including dental services. Helping employees put their money to good use.

  • Questions to ask: Before agreeing to treatment, there are several questions employees should ask to get the best care and value. Questions like "What is your recommended treatment plan?" And: "Does the treatment need to happen now?"
