Video transcript: Do you know how poor sleep impacts your mental health?
Sleep is so important to our mental health and our overall wellness. And so we can see struggles with really every aspect of our lives. But recognizing that, it can have an impact even on things as severe as those paranoias, like if we're letting our mind get the best of us in specific situations, or it can even get to the point of thoughts of self-harm.
So we want to recognize that if we're struggling with these things, if we're noticing that we're having any of these types of serious mental health concerns that we're reaching out for that 24/7 crisis support, even if it's through the National Suicide Prevention Hotline, but getting the help that you need in those moments.
