From a program perspective, Spring Health's human centric care navigation really makes them truly unique. Glenda certainly talked about this, but the fact that every member is assigned a dedicated Care Navigator to support them through their entire journey is unlike any other program. Members have unlimited free access to their Care Navigator, so they can reach out to them as often as they need to without concern for any out-of-pocket costs. And that's a big game changer.
And we, ourselves, have seen some extraordinary results in a really short time. Within the first three weeks of launching Spring Health, we had about 9% of our colleagues enrolled. 62% of them had completed an assessment and 24% had already scheduled sessions with a therapist.
Now, almost four months later, our enrollment has tripled. Over 28% of our colleagues are enrolled in Spring Health, 69% have completed an assessment, and nearly 30% of those have scheduled a therapy appointment. So needless to say, we're pleased with the results, and we're certainly continuing to see our numbers grow.
