There’s one here we hope to have many more of these and be able to publish many more of these in the foreseeable future. The one we have today is where the broker used the API experience to renew a customer during their open enrollment.
So, they had the boost experience that the optimized page content, the automated plan config API and the EOI Evidence of Insurability API integration was up and running. So, a couple of things to highlight here. 100% accuracy in terms of plans, age reduction rates in the rules using the API, so that's a huge check off.
30 minutes saved per plan is what the broker estimated by using the plan config API to set up and pull in the Guardian details. I believe there was eight products on this, so there's four hours back in the brokers timeframe to be able to be used for other things and helping other clients, but by using the optimized page content there was an uptick of 11% and participation for vol life. We all like to see that.
It was great to see that the content pushed some of that and then 100% EOI form completion. A lot of folks, brokers, the sales team spend a lot of time and resources tracking down and trying to get those forms. The HR folks that spend that time so to see that come back at 100% as yet another win.
So, the accuracy, time savings, the increase in participation and 100% form completion. A definite Boost success story.
