There's a robust engagement and high utilization with Spring Health. We see the engagement with APS to be between 3% to 5%, which is pretty low, especially when you're thinking about the demands or what we're seeing day to day on the outreach is for AP services or just on counseling sessions. But we're seeing that 30% engagement with Spring Health, and that's exciting because we know that we're actually reaching out to customers and we're servicing them based off of what they're looking for.
And then there's that personalized, precise care for real results, which is very important to Spring Health is to make sure that we're giving members exactly the type of care that they're needing so then we have them feeling better quicker. And that's the most valuable piece of the engagement when it comes to making sure that we're providing that solution that's going to take it right the first time.
