Pretty simple. And there's a few different options to be able to do that on a few different deductible basis, $25, $50, and $75 starting deductibles.
It's rewarding persistency. It's rewarding loyalty. And the key is it has that direct bottom line savings for members, which is what a lot of them are looking for when they're selecting dental plans. And when you consider most plans now in the dental market have a deductible that needs to be paid before coverage kicks in, those costs can add up. So especially for employees who have multiple family members covered under their program, those costs can add up. So over the course of time, if that can diminish down to zero, that's a pretty tangible savings.
