RICH LOMBARD: This Preventative Perks plan, it covers 100% of a member's preventive services like checkups, cleanings, x-rays. There's no deductible. There's no annual maximum. And it also includes an annual allowance of either $150 or $250 to help cover those basic or major services as needed. So there is access to the network, as well as a small allowance on an annual basis, in the instance that an employee does need to have services outside of that preventive care. But the preventive care itself is covered at 100%.
The end result is a much lower premium. And the expected impact of that lower premium is higher enrollment, due to that lower cost of entry there. So once again, huge win for employers focused on their employee well-being that maybe historically haven't been able to offer dental benefits. With more employees access to affordable care, utilizing these preventive benefits and reaping those related advantages, it's really a win-win for everybody and hits on all cylinders.
