Video transcript - Employers are experiencing burnout and uncertainty

The overlying theme to every conversation that I have with employers right now is, we weren't trained for this, right? So you talk to HR executives and streams from the top all the way to the bottom, they had emergency plans for almost everything except a pandemic. And so I honestly feel like the burnout piece of this whole pandemic and the uncertainty are two of the biggest challenges that they have.

Because your CHRO has never been trained in sterilization procedures and buying equipment and getting immunizations set up. And then by the way, having to do their regular job, which is procuring and getting benefits to attract and retain employees. And so prioritizing is really hard. There are so many conflicting priorities, and they're all equally important.
