[MUSIC PLAYING] I don't think we, until a year into it, probably understood the financial impacts to some people of the pandemic and of the decisions that we made as employers. Not that we could have made different ones, but we could have educated differently. And I keep doing the Back to the Future thing. We need to get back to segmentation, call it what you want, but you have to know about your workforce, right?
You have to ask the questions. You have to study the data. You have to know what's going on in your workforce. Let's teach people what an HSA and an HRA is, and why it's important to you. And how you can save money, and why you could never go without disability benefits. And how to save for that. Then connect them to the program that educates them on financial well-being.
