As we know from all of our studies, if we don't get that preventive care usage up, the dollars out of pocket are really big, whether it's a self-funded plan for the employer or out-of-pocket costs for the employee at the time of claim is much bigger. Preventive care costs for most dental plans cost an employee zero. So it's very easy and there's a big value in getting your preventive care and no out-of-pocket costs at the time of service.

We as an industry, whether it's Guardian or brokers or employers have got to have a communication message in the forefront to encourage and really convey that to employees before it gets too late.
