0:00 – 0:46 – Nick Carlson: My name's Nick Carlson. I live in Evergreen, Colorado. We're about 35 minutes from downtown Denver. But you have hiking trails, mountain biking trails. It's more of a little mountain town.
Back in 2003, I got drafted into the National Lacrosse League and signed here in Colorado. And I made as many contacts as I could to get a career that was going to take me past the playing days of lacrosse. I was starting to make a little bit of money. And I just wanted to save for the future, and more importantly, protect myself.

And he sort of showed me the path and just said, if you stick to this in the future, we're going to be having a different conversation. I met Bresee about four or five years ago. We got married a year ago. And we had a little daughter about a month ago.
