Guardian offers two vision options for you to choose from. The vision plan you choose will ensure that annual exams are free and that you can receive savings through a national network of high-quality vision care providers.
When you start with Guardian you’ll be automatically covered with disability income insurance that provides regular income for both short-term and long-term periods if you can’t work due to illness or injury. We also offer an additional 10% of long-term disability coverage that you can purchase to protect more of your income.
On your first day at Guardian, you’ll be enrolled in life insurance coverage at no cost to you. You can purchase additional term life insurance coverage, or you can take advantage of our employee-only discount on whole life insurance.
