We help employees through the enrollment process using a variety of methods to educate them so they can make the right decisions. We run enrollment meetings, produce personalized enrollment kits, offer online enrollment, and provide an employee benefits hotline.

After enrollment, we continue to provide ongoing support to employees for billing, claims, forms, ID cards, changing personal information, and any other customer service issue.
