In the following areas, our regional networks are available to members with DentalGuard Preferred coverage only. These networks are not available to DentalGuard Preferred Select members.

Minnesota and Wisconsin: If you have DentalGuard Preferred coverage and you live in the state of Minnesota or in western Wisconsin, you must check your ID card. If your card states Premier Dental Group, please choose Premier Dental Group. Otherwise please choose the DentalGuard Preferred network.

Oregon: If you have DentalGuard Preferred coverage and you live in the state of Oregon, you must check your ID card. If your card states Dental Options Network, please choose Dental Options Network. Otherwise please choose the DentalGuard Preferred network.

Nevada: If you have DentalGuard Preferred coverage and you live in the state of Nevada, you must check your ID card. If your card states Diversified Dental Services, please select Diversified Dental. If your card states MasterCare Dents please choose MasterCare Dents. There is currently no DentalGuard Preferred network in the state of Nevada.
