Guardian Announces Promotion of Key Executive Dennis P. Mosticchio as Senior Vice President, Group Pensions
PITTSFIELD, MA, November 8, 2004 — The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian) is pleased to announce that Dennis P. Mosticchio has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Group Pensions. Previously, Mr. Mosticchio served as Vice President, Group Pensions.
"Dennis' promotion is a result of his cumulative successes in developing a new business model for Guardian that has driven significant growth, profitability and greatly enhanced our customer service," said Gary Lenderink, Executive Vice President, Risk Management Products, Guardian. "We are extremely pleased to have Dennis in this position and anticipate continued excellence under his leadership."
Prior to joining Guardian, Mr. Mosticchio held a number of positions that prepared him for his current role. He began his career in 1980 at Barclay Associates (now BISYS Plan Services) where he served as Vice President of Sales/Marketing, Vice President of Communications, and Executive Vice President of Administration/Recordkeeping. He then became the Defined Contribution Practice Leader for William M. Mercer in its Morristown office. Prior to joining Guardian, he served as the 401(k) Division Vice President for Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
Mr. Mosticchio is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a degree in Accounting.
