Siemens Business Services Expands IT Services Outsourcing Agreement with Guardian Life Insurance Company of America

Norwalk, CT, May 12, 2004 - Siemens Business Services, Inc. and Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian) today announced an agreement that extends their multi-million dollar outsourcing relationship to five years. Guardian selected a performance-based model for their contract with Siemens Business Services.
Siemens Business Services is a responsive partner who delivers proven processes and the experience of a Global 25 company. Guardian outsources IT support services supporting 5,000 employees and 2,800 agents, empowering in-house technologists to focus on IT strategy and implementation in support of their core business strategies. Siemens Business Services' flexible contract delivers an on-demand model that maximizes savings for Guardian's IT Client Support Center, deskside and IMAC support services.
