In addition to addressing the needs of the community, Guardian is a strong advocate of education and entrepreneurship. For the past nine years, our company has sponsored the Girls Going Places® Entrepreneurship Award Program, which offers recognition and incentives to entrepreneurial young women taking the first steps toward financial independence. We also support higher education through our Matching Gift Program, which matches the donations our associates make to colleges and universities.
Guardian associates actively participate in mentoring programs with Big Brothers Big Sisters, and our company makes a significant investment in an annual internship program with INROADS, a nonprofit organization that trains and develops talented minority youth for professional careers in business and industry.
