The Annual Election of Directors of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America in 2007 was held on Wednesday, December 12, 2007. The four Directors who were elected for three-year terms commencing January 1, 2008, as provided in New York State Insurance Law, were:

James A. Kennedy
John A. Somers
Donald C. Waite, III

The Annual Election of Directors in 2008 will take place at the Home Office of the company which is located at 7 Hanover Square in New York City on Wednesday December 10, 2008 between the hours of 10am and 4pm.
