The Annual Election of Directors of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America for 2009 was held on Wednesday, December 9, 2009.  The three Directors who were elected for three-year terms commencing January 1, 2010, as provided in New York State Insurance Law, were:

Kay Knight Clarke
James E. Daley
Dennis J. Manning

The Annual Election of Directors in 2010 will take place at the Home Office of the company which is located at 7 Hanover Square in New York City on Wednesday, December 8, 2010 between the hours of 10 A.M and 4 P.M.  Additional information regarding the Annual Election will be added to this site as it becomes available.
