Each General Agent sets the content and structure of the new agent's basic curriculum, based on practices and systems found to have been effective in the local market. This approach ensures that people who work together share a common language and methodology.Product, compliance, and advanced market concepts are coordinated by the Home Office. These curricula are offered at regional meetings, within individual agencies, and/or via online training.Formal presentations and casual networking at national conferences allow Financial Representatives to share the techniques, innovation, and insights that have made them successful.
