As a Guardian Financial Representative, you are eligible for the following optional benefits:
Medical coverage available at a reasonable cost, deducted from your salary on a pre-tax basis, plus a 100% cost sharing program of medical and dental benefits for all agents meeting certain production requirements.
Short-Term Disability based on your length of service (from 60% to 100% of your salary) at no cost to you.
Long-Term Disability for representatives under contract for at least one year.
Dental Benefits for representatives under contract for at least two years, at a reasonable cost deducted from your salary on a pre-tax basis. These benefits include preventative care as well as other major services.
