Annual Election of Directors


The Annual Election of Directors in 2012 will take place at the Home Office         of the Company, which is located at 7 Hanover Square in New York City, on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 between the hours of 10 A.M and 4 P.M.  The required notice to Policyholders was published in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Los Angeles Times newspapers on April 9, 2012.  Additional information regarding the Annual Election will be added to this site        as it becomes available.  
 
The previous Annual Election of Directors of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America for 2011 was held on Wednesday, December 14, 2011. The four Directors who were elected at that meeting for three-year terms commencing January 1, 2012, as provided in New York State Insurance Law, were:

• Lloyd E. Campbell
• Richard E. Cavanagh
• Deborah L. Duncan
• Stephen J. Squeri
